GoShipMe Cancellation Policy

At GoShipMe, we strive to provide the best delivery service experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling a shipment booked with GoShipMe. Please read this policy carefully.

1. General Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation Window:
    Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for same-day and next-day shipments. After this time frame, the cancellation will not be accepted, and you will be charged for the full service.
  • Cancellations After Pickup:
    Once a package has been picked up for delivery, cancellations are not allowed, and the shipment will be considered final. If the shipment is not delivered, we will make efforts to return the package and return fees will apply.

2. How to Cancel a Shipment

To cancel a shipment, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your GoShipMe account on the website or mobile app.
  • Navigate to your booking or shipment details.
  • Click on “Cancel Shipment” within the cancellation window (up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup).
  • Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

  • Cancellations Within the Allowed Window (up to 2 hours before pickup):
    If you cancel your shipment within the allowed window, you will be entitled to a full refund for the cost of the shipment.
  • Late Cancellations (Less than 2 hours before pickup or after pickup):
    If the cancellation request is made less than 2 hours before pickup or after the package has been picked up, no refund will be issued. The full payment for the shipment will be charged.
  • Cancelled Deliveries After Pickup (Return of Package):
    If the shipment is picked up and subsequently canceled, GoShipMe will attempt to return the package. However, a return fee will apply, and any delivery charges will not be refunded.

4. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy

In certain circumstances, such as technical issues with our platform or unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, major system failures), we may waive cancellation fees or offer alternative solutions. We will notify affected customers promptly in these cases.

5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

GoShipMe reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be reflected on our website, and you will be notified of significant updates. Your continued use of GoShipMe services after changes to the Cancellation Policy are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
