GoShipMe Return Policy
GoShipMe, strives to ensure that every customer has a smooth and satisfying shipping experience. If for any reason you need to return a package, please review the following guidelines:
1. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
- Certain items may be ineligible for return due to the nature of the goods (e.g., perishables, hazardous materials). Please check with the sender for item-specific return policies.
2. Return Process
To return a package using GoShip:
- Contact the Sender: Please initiate the return with the seller or merchant from whom you purchased the product. They will provide instructions, including any return authorization, labels, or packaging required.
- Prepare the Package: Ensure the package is securely packed in its original packaging. Include any return labels or documents provided by the sender.
- Schedule a Return: Once the sender has approved your return, you may schedule a pickup through GoShipMe:
- Logging into your GoShipMe account and selecting the “Returns” option.
- Inputting the return label and package details.
- Selecting your preferred return method (e.g., drop-off at a GoShipMe location, pickup by a carrier).
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the seller or merchant offers free returns. Ensure that the return label reflects any applicable fees.
3. Return Shipping Label
- If the merchant provides a prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package securely and drop it off at a designated GoShipMe location or schedule a pickup via our platform.
- If the merchant does not provide a return label, you can purchase a return shipping label through GoShipMe’s platform. Shipping costs will vary based on package size, weight, and destination.
4. Refunds & Processing
- GoShipMe does not process refunds for goods. Please contact the sender or merchant for refund information related to your return.
- Once the package is successfully returned to the sender, the merchant will process the refund according to their internal policies. GoShipMe is not responsible for refund disputes.
- Return tracking is available via your GoShipMe account for peace of mind.
5. Unclaimed or Rejected Returns
- Packages that are unclaimed, rejected, or undeliverable due to customer error may be subject to additional fees or disposal. GoShipMe will attempt to contact you regarding these issues before taking action.
- If no response is received within 15 days, GoShipMe reserves the right to dispose of or return the item to the sender at the customer’s expense.
6. Exceptions & Limitations
- GoShipMe is a shipping and logistics service. As such, we are not responsible for the return policies of individual merchants or sellers.
- Certain shipments (such as international returns or oversized freight) may have additional restrictions or fees.
- Please review any special terms provided by the merchant before initiating a return.
